The room had a breathtaking view, was clean, and included a kettle and fudge, all part of the all-inclusive deal. However, the outside view from the room was not pleasant.
The hotel rooms were spacious and nicely facing the ocean, although a minor issue with a picture falling off the headboard. The service was friendly and helpful, ensuring a great stay. The location, while touristy, offered immaculate grounds and fun entertainment. The dining varied to suit all tastes, with some minor flaws. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and great views.
The hotel is situated right opposite the entertainment stage, so we enjoyed a lot of music but it could get a bit loud at times. The rooms, upon complaint, were very comfortable and large, although they are slightly smaller than average.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not top-notch like a 5-star, were very spacious, spotless, and with nice facilities and views. However, the initial hiccup of not working amenities was quickly resolved. The service was outstanding with lovely and efficient staff, except for the lacking activities for kids and English guests. The location was excellent, with a sunbathing deck extending out to sea, but not very accommodating for Irish visitors. The dining options were varied and satisfying, but there were a few issues with some staff being rude. Overall, a decent stay with some highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel is situated perfectly in Kusadasi town with beautiful bays and a long L-shaped seashore bank. The rooms had some issues, including being too small and having a terrible smell, making me feel unsafe. However, the service provided by the staff, especially Sina and Zak, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for visiting Ephesus and other nearby attractions. The dining experience had its flaws with mainly meat options and being noisy. Despite that, the resort manager, Christin, stood out as a wonderful woman. The facilities met expectations overall.
